look for any change in movement and celibrate
recovery from a stroke, can be a very slow, process, however never give up. on getting more movement. it will happen. but a lot of times when it does happen, you are not aware, but it will get easy for you. you may find that you can do more while you dress, or even while showering , or even in your thinking, maybe things will get more clearly for you, or even maybe you find that life is a lot more enjoyable, recovery can be very slow, and almost imperseptable, but it is happening. if you write it down for instance what I can"t do since . but what I can do now. live for the moment, the one thing that you have going for you. is you have been given a second chance, you have survive a stroke" wow!!!!a lot of people can't, say thatbut you can. I know that I have been in recovery for 11years now , and I am still finding more changes even now, after all this time, and I am talking, about movement and even more. like relationships and family, how I communicate , and just how I feel , so yes I do have more movement , now, but I also have more enjoyment , in life and in happiness , just be happy with ahat you can do and if you do find that you are getting, more movement, or even more recovery, thencelibrate you deserve it, if you need to laugh, then laugh. if you feel the urge to write to let you know just how far you have come, then by all means write it down, let your family know just how munch you appreciate just how munch you appreciateyou are a winner her or him and your caregiver, its all about being happy with what you have and just how you deal with it, you are a stroke surviver, you have done it, and I know that you can do even more, you are strong, and you are a winner. I want nothing but the very, best for you. so enjoy your day, and celibrate life, and celibrate movements. but most of all enjoy your life.
