While waiting for the bus at the hospital the young lady pushing a stroller walked up and said hey stranger haven't seen you in a while she looks vaguely familiar but I have no idea what her name .

She was on her cell phone digging for formula samples cuz she wasn't going to have enough formula for a baby through the weekend.

The gun into my wallet and took out my hidden stash of $20 bill and offered it to her and she declined she said she was fine where we were chatting on the bus and she was again complaining about not being able to afford formula.

I know how hard it is to accept those gifts when you're down and out you don't want to accept gifts because you don't want people to know that I'll be headed that off you are.

So I my way back into town I stop at the coffee house and pay for a couple coffee.
