After my birthday I went on a cruise to Mexico and had a blast with my best friend. Next time I will drink more alcohol even though it will cause sugar spikes! Before I went on vacation I went home with my boy. It was such a good time. The last half of October was amazing. I had two weeks of travel and life was just awesome. I was looking forward to starting my game plan and work on me more...

Then just like that life takes me on another interesting path. Just like my strokes. My boy was evicted from his home. Actually my ex was evicted. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I was there the first time.

What do you do when your child has no where to go and you don't want your ex or your ex's dad in your home? I am not his biological mother so I can't fight for custody. My boy is 9 years old. Where does he go? Yes there are plenty of other family members but my ex has lived with them already and can't go back. Might have been different if daddy wasn't in the picture. But I am tired of being the rescuer. You left me and talked about me like a dog yet who is here? If our child wasn't involved this wouldn't be an issue. My ex's Dad gives me this lingering stare that creeps me out a little but he just mopped my floors really well. My home is horrible with my the roof needing to be replaced and my animals making a mess on the floor. Then there is the mess and damages that my ex and other people who lived with me have left. I have done a lot to put things back in place but have a ways to go. I hope with the floor cleaning that this stay will be different.

I learned my lessons about people staying with me. My ex and I must talk about how long they will be here and that they need to be out at that time. For now I will enjoy being with my son. It will also be funny that my dating life will pick up now that my ex is here.
