kitchen experiment

I am baking am experimental brownie recipe now. I "Made up" a recipe to make them a little 'healthier' if all possible. I know, I have an actual recipe for lower/calorie type, but didn't have 2 of the ingredients. I was bored, and had a clean kitchen, and lots of flour/cocoa, and like the thrill of it all, to see what they will be like.

**Hum, maybe this is a sign, I need to get out!

I tried some low carb brownie mix... just didn't cut it.

Last time I made brownies, I threw in peanut butter & chocolate chips, walnuts and coconut.. then I frosted them with homemade chocolate cocoa frosting. (Can't say it was healthy..lol) but they were yummy.

I know there is some "stuff" to cut down on sugar (looks like baby strained prunes) also Splenda is a substitute sweetner comes both white and brown sugar but it is rather expensive.

hope your experiment comes out tasty!!

hey Amy:

I bet it will turn out good, sometime my son and I make brownies together, but lately have cut down on those, since he started calling me fat lady
