NO MALE READERS! - Females only!
All day long I've been feeling odd - physically, you know. Mentally I'm odd most of the time.
Today, both my arms are tingly (don't you love that word) and my joints are creaking and popping like I'm an old lady. My head seems like it weighs 100 lbs, and I've had to watch every step because it's like my balance is off....more than the usual walking down stairs, gripping the wall kind of thing.
I'm not sure what's wrong but, somethings just not right. My heart keeps racing but, I think it's because it's that dreaded time of the month, and in peri-menopause your hormones go crazy.
I just feel icky - but, I'm not sick.
I read this stupid article on the internet that claims most women stroke when they have their periods. I had mine when I stroked. So now I'm worried ... Is my body preparing for another? Is the article true or just some more BS that you find when you research stroke on the net?
