Hi again everyone

 

I just checked my blog and realized that it's been like a month since my last entry. Sooo I thought that I should at least post something to recycle back to the top again.

 

Been a bit of a slow time around here lately I just don't seem to have the interest to be on the computer that much. (Hay I guess that is a good thing)

 

Nancy is back at the office (recovering ever so slowly) so I have been backing down my office time (only two days last week)

 

The time changed last week and I think it took a week to adjust. LOL The snow (the little that we had) is all gone now and the next few days are supposed to be sunny and warm. I hope to be spending more time outside from now on.

 

I went bowling again two weeks ago with friends and guess what? I somehow got my knee out of sorts.(Left efected side) So I have been trying to walk it out and it is taking it's sweet ole time about it. I have an appointment with my doctor in the morning so he can check it out for me then.

 

Well I actually just logged on to check my mail so I will keep this entry short. (using dialup tonight as my DSL computer is being flighty at the moment)

 

Well thanks for listening and we'll catch you again next entry k.

I was so happy to see your blog, last couple of times when I came in chatroom and didn't see you there, I was getting kinda worried, but I guess you are having fun and been busy that's great but don't forget ur ole friends.

Wish I could have been there to bowl with you. That's my game and was my business until this stroke. I had to sell my Proshop.

 

I can't drill holes in balls with one hand. :scooter:

Thanks for your posts.

 

Don't worry Asha I will not forget all my stroke buddies. I have been talking to Frank and Bonnie on MSN and Gunther by phone. Also I try to visit Strokenet about once a day if possible so I am never very far away.

 

Fred I loved bowling before stroke. (five pin) So I still love to give it a go. Now I have to walk up to the line and give it my best shot from there. It takes some getting used to as not having my Left side kinda throws my balance off a bit. I did manage a strike the other night with thirteen on the next ball. missed on the third ball but it still gave me a 28 score on the frame so with a little practice it can be done. LOL

 

I saw my doctor today and had him check out my knee. My BP was 110/70 (no bad connection there)so he figured that I must have given it a twist while bowling. He thinks it will get better in time. I have a follow up appointment in two months so hopefully by then it should be all better.

I GET THAT WAY SOMETIMES AS WELL ABOUT GETTING ON THE COMPUTER. THE SAME WITH TELEVISION. I HAVEN'T WATCHED TV IN OVER 2 MONTHS NOW. NOT EVEN THE WEATHER CHANNEL. THEN I WILL GET ON A KICK AND DO NOTHING BUT WATCH TV OT GET ON THE COMPUTER!
