Egg wrap
I've decided I'm going to beat ChefDenny in posting a recipe.
Make sure nobody watches you make this, or they may not want to eat it. Also, I don't use measuring devices in my self-made recipies, so figure out the best you can on the measurements. Also, I generally make 3-4 servings at a time, so measurements given is for that size portion.
Ingredients:
Tortilla shells
2.5 eggs per serving, rounded up
shredded cheese, your choice of kind
lemon juice
ranch dressing
Basil leaves
Paresley flakes
oregano
Garlic powder
Miracle whip
Directions:
Add a strip of Miracle Whip down the center line of the tortilla shell, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of Miracle Whip.
Use a large mixing bowl and wix for mixing other ingredients (electrical mixer is cheating )
Break eggs into bowl. Add roughly 1.5 tbls of lemon juice, and rougly 1 cup of ranch dressing. Add a light layer of Basil leaves, Paresley flakes, and oregano to top. Add roughly 2 tsp of garlic powder. Whisk ingredients until thourgly blended.
Cook eggs using a semi scramble method.
Add portion of eggs to center of tortilla shell (dependent on how many your making). Wrap and serve.
This is the first time I've told anyone this recipe (feel honored )
