i am a FIRM, believer that no news is good news!!!!!!!!!!! if it's neutral, then it can't be bad, right? if i was having such a good day, i'd sure be worrying about when the checks and balances of nature would decide that it's time for a negative to happen!!!!! look out. ( kidding)
