just an observation, have you ever notice?
well i have notice something with me and i was wondering if you have notice it as well since your stroke, right after my stroke i notice that in order to sit down i could never sit straight ton the char unless i was holding the chair to insure that when i sat down , it was on the chair it was as if on my trunk always wanted to drift left and that when you get back up i would always hopld on because it seemed to me that it was almost impossible to get my left leg under me to feel comfortable getting up without the assistance of my arms or i feel like i could"nt rely on my left legs well that was now since i have been using my left leg alot to walk in turn i have learn to rely on my leg to hold my weight so alas no more using my hand now i can get up from a sitting position all by my self and now when i sit down no more lto my left or to the right just straight down th middle so now i don"t have to hold to sit and i don"t worry about missing thechair or hitting the floor so my trunk and my hip joint seems to have gotten munch better and i think that i can attribute to learning how to swing my arms left and right it seems to have loosen up alot of joints and by walking with my arms more i seem to be helping with my balance and i am sending you this blog in hopes that you will find this ovsevation about your body and how it seems to work for you or not work for you, that once you see wat you need to do to fine tune your body, and get it loosen up and doing for you what it has started doing for me , so i guess that what i am saying is if it doesn"t do what you want it to do because of to tight or to muscle tone it is time to set a new goal to work on loosen it up i always do some streacing and always to the left and then i will stand up and grab my arms across my chest and then try to turn an sar as i can sort of like tring to see behind me without turning mt neck i would always use my truck all the best to you and a whole lot of twising and turning and always to the left,
