    I had a stroke in my sleep, so I didn't get the standard symptoms that most experience. I had had migraines for about two days before but that was actually nothing new, except they were more severe than I had before. I just had numbness on my entire left side when I woke up and thought that maybe I had slept funny or pinched a never because of my spinal injury.
