      A very poingnaint topic to bring up.

      First so very glad that you survived!

      And so sorry that you have had to go through all of this. I really appreciate that you posted this.

      I too am ashamed? Well maybe more discouraged.

      I am very fortunate to have escaped physical disabilities , 

      but people look at me like I am fine, not knowing  Subarachnoid bleed left me with cognitive disabilities .

      But very kind Dr. Told me not to give up hope!

      Keep a diary!

      Yup write it all down, good & bad!

      For the days that you think you hit the "brick wall "

      you can look back and see the accomplishments that you made, no matter how small....... They are accomplishments!!!! You are here and alive. This can only mean that you have a mission and purpose in this life.
