Doreen: I feel volunteering big dividends in everyone's lives including volunteer. Asha

hey Micheal: I suffered from depression or sadness after my stroke & antidepressant did help me big time in the begining though I did not like being on them. So I started setting smaller goals to come off them. for me blogging & looking at positives in my life every day was huge help to be able to get off them slowly. I still feel down sometimes but hanging out here with other survivors helps me dea with my down days. Asha

I realized if I look forward tob some event & if does not go my way I crash land so slowly I am learning to do my best & leave rest on God don't keep any expectaction on anyone including myself. hey George: please accept my condolences on passing of your friend Mike. life is really fragile you should do all the things you want to do now than keep it for some another time who knows tomorrow. for your canoeing trip maybe you & Lesli both can go together. hey George now that Leslie has gone to NZ hopefully we will hear more from you. you are quite a gentleman in allowing Leslie to spend time with her family back home in NZ & also giving her free rein on money that shows solid marriage foundation. you both are lucky to have each other in their life.
