  1. hey Brad: big welcome to blogworld, you actuall pleasantly sneaked up on me, most of the people stumble in publishing their blog, so I find out first about them, it will be fun to know you through your blogs, I know for me blogging has helped me immensely, I find it very therupetic, and now I am addicted to it. writing down makes you realise howfar you have come in your post stroke journey. hope to know more from ur blogs like when was your stroke and how old r u.   2. hey George: I am so facinated by your sabeoflez result, I will defintely go for it after my botox wears off. you are inspiring me to do more exercises, I do hr of treadmill and 5 mins of bike that's it, now will start increasing my bike time Asha

    Vicky: don't be shy of asking for help, as long as you can talk you will be fine, I flew to India 18 hrs journey solo, and I asked for help i everything even putting seatbelt on people are generally friendly and helpful when you ask for help Asha

    update

    Rich: When I was in India taking Aryuveda treatment there rules were strict, I wasn't even allowed to walk outside building, according to them that treatment makes nervous system fragile, so they don't want any excursion on body, I used to take my walks in corridor. All treatments have their own rules and you should honor them including hospital bound. Asha

    Sue: yesterday I watched Oprah show and she was interviewing journalist family where journalist got hurt in Iraq 4 years ago, 1 sentence hit the cord with me was the spouse fearing worst for her hubby was travelling to germany with her friend, and her friend told her whatever the outcome you will be okay. I just want to tell you same thing, why worrying about your future, when we don't even know our today, just have faith in God, and whatever will happen, it will be okay, and you will do great Asha

    Lucy: I learn so much from these blogs, I loved your explanation of ICK factor, I really don't think of my old friends too much, I guess it helps when you have none and only family, and they all came through for me even with my tantrums I like to think I am in completely new phase in my life with new me and new friends in it with my beloved family members I still depend on.
